Very amiable and well-trained staff, everything fairly clean.

Upscale hotel with magnificent view to the whole town of Velingrad, large restaurant. Well-equipped room with a couch, a comfortable couch, and a couch bed for a really lovely stay. Comfortable bedrooms and excellent pool.

Big hype, little substance

While the spa and pools were noteworthy, inconsistency in food quality and room amenities left a sour taste.

The room was very large and very well decorated! The breakfast was very rich and there was a lot of choice.

The outdoor area of the swimming pool is very slippery and is not checked for dangerous water points and my patron unfortunately broke his toe during his stay, because he slipped down the stairs!

The setting was excellent, next to a hill with excellent view, the restaurants and a resturant in the village. It also was by the forest in a way.

Perfect for families!

The family room was super spacious and super clean. Loved the outdoor pools, especially the one for kids. Dinner was pretty good with decent options, though I wish there were more. The only bummer was the shower. It felt a bit cramped for my tall hubby. Still, great vibe overall!

Wifi in the room unfortunately very bad.

The hotel has met our requirements in almost all respects. Hristina was a particularly hospitable employee at the check-in in all questions.

The hotel's room was clean but the bathroom was quite old and not modern-looking. The variety of food was shockingly limited for a supposed 5-star hotel, offering mainly the same selection day after day. They didn't bother to provide complimentary drinking water during dinner.

We have been here for the second time, last December and now again for bathing and wellness on the way to the sea. Fantastic location, spacious, somewhat conservative but well kept rooms. Delicious breakfast with all the trimmings. We will be back !

Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, with clean indoor swimming pools and a cute 24-hour reception that ensures you feel at home throughout your stay.

The dining options had limited variety and could benefit from more unique offerings .

The family room was spacious and had comfy beds, a huge plus for us. I loved the balcony view. The cleanliness was great, but we did notice some areas needing a little more attention, like the water pressure in the bathroom.

Доста разочароващо преживяване е престоя в Гранд хотел Велинград, бих нарекла това Гранд недоразумение за 4+,5 звезден хотел, звездите му определно са под въпрос.
