Upscale hotel with magnificent view to the whole town of Velingrad, large restaurant. Well-equipped room with a couch, a comfortable couch, and a couch bed for a really lovely stay. Comfortable bedrooms and excellent pool.

Spent four days here and had a fantastic time thanks to the great location near Sofia airport, city center, and local restaurants for a late lunch.

The setting was excellent, next to a hill with excellent view, the restaurants and a resturant in the village. It also was by the forest in a way.

The hotel has met our requirements in almost all respects. Hristina was a particularly hospitable employee at the check-in in all questions.

The room was very large and very well decorated! The breakfast was very rich and there was a lot of choice.

The outdoor area of the swimming pool is very slippery and is not checked for dangerous water points and my patron unfortunately broke his toe during his stay, because he slipped down the stairs!

We have been here for the second time, last December and now again for bathing and wellness on the way to the sea. Fantastic location, spacious, somewhat conservative but well kept rooms. Delicious breakfast with all the trimmings. We will be back !

Cozy and up-to-date rooms in a great spot close to the forest and the mountains. the rooms are new, spotless, and come with a minibar, a comfy large bed, and a TV for entertainment. Don't forget about the fun piano bar they have here! 🎹

Обслужващия персонал е от изключително ниско ниво, несъответставащо на 4+, 5 звезди, персонала в ресторанта почти не присъства, кафето често свършва ис е чака по 10 минути за чаша кафе, персонала си разговаря за тезгяха, посудата (чашите) са недостатъчни, храната е посредствена на изключително висока цена, хигиената на стаите и баните е незадоволителна, има мухи и калинки в стаите, кърпите не се сменят редовно, хотела не предоставя допълнителни легла, но таксува за тях сумата от 40 лева на ден, за допълнително настаняване се използва дивана в хола, който и без това е част от обзавеждането. Доста разочароващо преживяване е престоя в Гранд хотел Велинград, бих нарекла това Гранд недоразумение за 4+,5 звезден хотел, звездите му определно са под въпрос.

Can't fault the property.

The offer of the Spa center is versatile, it is well equipped, the inside pool is big enough, settled in nice surrounding. The drinking mineral water tap inside the spa is a surprising bonus. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast buffet offer is abundant. The stuff is kind and excеptionally helpfull.

It lacks communication with the nature, a garden around the hotel, the only sitting area is at the porch facing the parking lot, due to a small location. The linens and curtains were torn, not equivalent to the 5 star categorization. The pool area could be equipped with more massage point nozzles, the only one in the big pool was not working.

Pools, room, food were very good.

Indoor children corner is pretty dirty.
